TANNA FREDERICK makes her screen debut starring in Henry Jaglom's latest film, HOLLYWOOD DREAMS, which premiered at the LA/AFI 2006 Film Festival. In the widely acclaimed role of Margie, a young girl from Iowa heading to Hollywood to pursue her dreams of stardom, Ms. Frederick's performance has been heralded as "towering" and "magical" with "go-for-broke zaniness." HOLLYWOOD DREAMS also stars Justin Kirk (HBO's ANGELS IN AMERICA, Showtime's WEEDS), David Proval, Karen Black, Melissa Leo, Zack Norman, and Keaton Simons, and will be released theatrically in May 2007. Ms. Frederick has also recently completed principal photography on Jaglom's next film, IRENE IN TIME, a film about the relationships of fathers and daughters, in which she again stars in the title role, and is in pre-production on her third film with Jaglom, QUEEN OF THE LOT scheduled to begin filming fall 2007. Ms. Frederick will star opposite David Proval in Charlie Matthau's MICKEY AND DELORES scheduled to begin filming in April 2007.

Ms. Frederick began her acting career early in life at the Stebens' Children's Theatre in Iowa; she later graduated from the University of Iowa with Honors in both Political Science and Theatre Arts, as well as being Valedictorian of her Liberal Arts graduating class and president of Phi Beta Kappa. Subsequent theatrical experience includes leading roles in N. Richard Nash's "ECHOES" and Henry Jaglom's "A SAFE PLACE", both produced in Los Angeles; and major roles in "WHY WE HAVE A BODY," "CAT'S PAW," "JACK AND JILL," "THE MAIDS" and "TOUSSAINT: FOR THE LOVE OF FREEDOM," the latter produced by Ben Guillory and Danny Glover at the Robey Theatre in Los Angeles.
